Lot’s of stuff happened today:
Ive scanned the plate №200.
The 200th plate being digitized: Miri cu nași
I’ve found out why it took so long to scan a plate: VueScan multi-sample was set to 4. As we all know, this setting has no effect when scanning BW material.
I’ve found out the Costică Acsinte use to take double pictures occasionally (this and this).
I’ve seen how it was to use masks back in the forties — it involved using lots of small black paper tapes.
